Terms
When
booking a non refundable deposit of £40.00 per person is requested.
Payment can be made by Cheque ,Credit or Debit card.
We take all major cards with the exception of American Express.
Guest are reminded that a booking is a legally binding contract and
in the event of a cancellation the deposit is non refundable. We will
make every effort to re let the room, but if this fails, guests are
respectfully reminded that they are liable for the costs incurred. We
strongly advise that you insure against the possibility of cancellation.
The Watermark reserves the right to cancel a booking forthwith without
liability on its part in the event of damage or destruction to the
hotel by fire
or other causes beyond the control of the Watermark.
Family rooms may be let without full occupancy, however should guests
use the spare beds within these family rooms a charge of £15.00
per bed will be levied to cover cleaning and linen costs.
Disabled Access
When enquiring about accommodation please inform us of any special
needs or requirements you may have so we may advise of suitability
of the
rooms we offer. The Watermark is situated over three floors and unfortunately
we do not have a lift. Every effort will be offered for those guests
with special needs.
Single Night Supplement
A supplement of £10pppn will be requested for stays of one night
during high season and public holidays.
Single Occupancy Supplement
A supplement of £25 per night is charged for a single person in
a double room.
Pets
We are sorry but, although animal lovers ourselves, we are unable to
accept pets. Guide dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.
Children
We welcome children of 5 years and over.
For children under 5 years of age proprietor's discretion is applicable.
Children under 9 years sharing a room with 2 adults are charged at
a rate of £10 per night.
Smoking
Policy
The Watermark is non smoking with the exception of outdoor areas and room balconies.
Car
Parking
This is at a premium in Looe, we do have 6 parking bays set on a very
restrictive back road. We do not guarantee availability of parking
spaces
and parking is at the customers own risk. The Watermark does not accept
liability for damage howsoever caused to customers vehicles parked
on our property. Guest should carry out the normal security measures
and
carry adequate insurance.
